Purchase the test. We will then email you a link with a barcode to register your email and information.

1) Once completed we will email you a link with the bar code, you will receive the next steps via email on how and where to send the hair sample. This includes; Getting 10 strands of hair as close as to the scalp as you can get, what to put the sample in, a barcode and the address to send the sample to.

2) Each sample must be placed in a seal-able clear bag with the barcode attached so our lab can identify the customer. It then needs placing in a secure mailing envelope with our address details on the front and postage applied. Our testing facility is located in Houston Texas.

3) As soon as the sample reaches our lab, we will send an email notifying you. All samples initially go to a fulfillment center to go through quality control and then are forwarded to our lab which is why it can take up to 2 weeks to arrive

4. Once the tests are received, we can schedule an appointment to review the next steps.
